OpenEXA Inc. is a cutting-edge CDFi platform revolutionizing the world of Stablecoins and Real-World Assets (RWAs). Our mission is to make acquiring, holding, and utilizing Stablecoins more accessible and cost-effective for users worldwide. By leveraging on-chain trading and innovative technologies, we aim to reduce costs from over 500 basis points (bps) to just over 100 basis points (bps), unlocking new opportunities for institutional participation in the crypto markets.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Frontend Developer at OpenEXA, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces that deliver a seamless and intuitive user experience. You will work closely with our product and design teams to translate user requirements into elegant and functional frontend solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using modern frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement and maintain reusable components and frontend libraries to streamline development processes.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of frontend applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development and propose innovative ideas to improve user experience and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of web development fundamentals including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Experience in implementing responsive web designs and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to translate complex designs into clean, maintainable code.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well within a team.
