OpenEXA Inc. is a pioneering CDFi platform that is transforming the way users acquire, hold, and utilize Stablecoins - a type of cryptocurrency backed by stable assets. Our mission is to make Stablecoins more accessible and cost-effective by leveraging Real-World Assets (RWAs) and on-chain trading. We are seeking a skilled and innovative Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Marketing Manager at OpenEXA, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our platform, attract new users, and enhance user engagement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and growth, to drive brand awareness, manage marketing campaigns, and analyze performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, content marketing, events, and partnerships.
• Conduct market research and analyze user insights to identify target audiences, understand customer needs, and refine marketing strategies.
• Create compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog articles, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve marketing goals and maximize ROI.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, KPIs, and metrics to optimize strategies and improve marketing effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing techniques, and propose innovative ideas to stay ahead in the market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing activities, outcomes, and recommendations for senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, Stablecoins, and blockchain technology.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging marketing content.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive marketing strategies.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically, and to adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly evolving industry.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and collaboration abilities, with the aptitude to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
